At this time we offer delivery service in Calgary, Airdrie, and Chestermere. Our delivery timings are from 10AM to 10PM 7 days a week. Please note, downtown Calgary orders are only delivered after 6pm Monday to Friday and all day on the weekends. We send email or text message to our customer when their order is ready to deliver. If you are interested in ordering to a location outside of the above mentioned cities, please email us at contact@grocery2u.ca before ordering.
At this moment we are providing Free Delivery within the city of Calgary, Chestermere, and Airdrie.
Taxes and other government implied fees such as GST, Recycling fee, and Bottle Deposit may be charged on products where applicable.
Items Sold by a third-party seller or marketplace items shipped from outside Canada makes it easier for you to purchase more products without leaving Grocery2u.ca. These items may be shipped directly to your address from the suppliers. Customs duties, taxes and fees (“Import Fees”) may be applied for customs clearance of such items. Depending on the shipping method, a shipping/courier company may contact you to pay applicable import charges.
Starting April 1, 2023 a 7% Service Fee will be applied on all orders. The service fee helps us operate the Grocery2u platform and covers a range of operating costs such as grocery bags, merchant fee etc. The fee will be 7% of the total amount of order placed. Please note GST will be charged on service fee. Please note the service fee is not a delivery fee.
No, at this time there is no minimum amount to order with us.
No, you do not need to create an account, but you'll need to provide us your basic info such as your name, address, email or phone number to place an order so that we can deliver the item to your given address.
We accept credit or debit card such as Visa, Master Card, American Express. You can also pay by Paypal.
Orders are delivered on customer's selected date and time. At the checkout page, please select available date and time for your delivery. Most orders are being delivered within 1-2 days.

Should you have a problem with any item included in your order, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@grocery2u.ca Kindly state your order number when contacting us. Then we can find the best solution for you.

In case any item that is unavailable, we will substitute the item with an identical one. You may refuse the substitute item for a full refund. In case of a substitute item is unavailable, we will refund the money for that item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your order number. Please send us an email at contact@grocery2u.ca and we will reply with instructions on return procedure. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
