Starting April 1, 2023 a 7% Service Fee will be applied to all orders. The service fee helps us operate the Grocery2u platform and covers a range of operating costs such as grocerybags, merchant fee. The fee will be 7% of the total amount of order placed. Please note GST will be charged on service fee.

We are often having a failed delivery especially with residents of Apartment Building. Our deriver reaches for delivery and customers do not answer the buzzer code or phone to receive the order. Starting immediately, a $10 re-delivery fee will be applied in case of failed delivery & upon cancellation of such orders, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. We request to please let us know in advance you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled time.
