Orders are delivered on customer's selected date and time. We only deliver within the city of Calgary, Chestermere, and Airdrie. If you live outside Calgary, Chestermere, or Airdrie, please contact us before placing your order. We do our best to deliver all orders as soon as possible. We usually contact customer before arriving at their door, so please leave a phone number with your order and make sure somebody is there to receive the order. For apartment buildings, please also provide buzzer code for the driver to get access. Please note a $10 re-delivery fee will be applied in case of a failed delivery and a a 20% restocking fee will be applied upon cancellation of failed delivery orders.
